Selling on NUALO Fee Schedule

NUALO collects the lower of (1) the applicable fees stated herein; (2) any fees specified in your Brand Partner Agreement. We may also, from time to time, collect promotional and/or other related fees. For details and more information about your fees, see your eWallet.

Monthly subscription fee

Brand Partners who have completed an Agreement with NUALO do not pay a monthly subscription fee.

Brand Partner Fees

When your product sells to a consumer, NUALO collects the entire Purchase Transaction Amount (including the item price, any sales tax, shipping, and International Delivery or other charges) from the buyer. Upon completion of a sale, except as may otherwise be specified in your Brand Partner Agreement.
 

1.     Twenty five percent (25%) of the Sale Price of your product(s) (the total amount paid by the buyer excluding any taxes or other fees) is remitted to you via your NUALO eWallet.

2.     Fifty Percent (50%) of the difference between the Sale Price and XP allocated to a product (called XP Splits) is remitted to you via your NUALO eWallet. NUALO encourages Brand Partners to keep the Sale Price to XP ratio at or as near "1 to 1" as much as possible.

3.     100% of Approved Shipping on a per order basis will be remitted to you via your NUALO eWallet. As possible NUALO encourages Brand Partners to include Shipping in the price of the product.

4.     NUALO retains the difference between the Sale Price and #1 and #2 above as a Referral Fee on each item sold.

Except where you are using a Fulfillment by NUALO Service, or other accommodations are specified in your Brand Partner Agreement, NUALO deducts--for all sales--the applicable Referral Fee percentage from the amount posted to your NUALO wallet. Before withdrawing any funds for an order (and no more than 24 hours after a sale is made), except as specified in your Brand Partner Agreement, you must ship the product to the consumer (at your expense).

NUALO deducts the greater of the applicable referral fee percentage or applicable per-item minimum referral fee (see "Referral Fee" notes above). In some cases, NUALO may assess a minimum referral fee (applied on a per-item basis) equal to no more than $5 per item sold.

Note: prior approval from NUALO is required before (1) an item may be made available for sale on any NUALO platform; and (2) prior to offering international delivery options.
